I love the library most

I still prefer bottles of water inside the room even though i can drink tap water

The facility is quite new. Staff are friendly and attentive. Perfect location near the station. Good burger restaurant downstairs.

The lobby is located on the 6th floor, which can be a bit confusing for first-time visitors.

The room was typical Japanese small room but I liked the shower and the toilet were totally separate, which was great. All the functions are well considered in the room and I recommend this hotel, even the price during the weekend was a bit high compared with other business hotels in Yokkaichi.

There are only two elevators, 6F is the lobby/reception, meaning elevators are crowded with guests who want to move from the lobby downward and upward, especially around the checkout time. You should consider longer time for your moving down to outside.

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice! The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the complementary buffet breakfast. We also enjoyed the burger shop on the first floor. This hotel is good value for the price and we prefer it over similar-priced options in the area.

The rooms are a bit small, but normal for low cost hotels.

Very nice and modern lobby. Room was nice and clean. Heating was sufficient which made it comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. First room smelled of smoke as the last guest apparently smoked in it but the staff helped me change rooms immediately.

No convenience store nearby. However there’s a supermarket at the mall where the train station.

Staff are nice.

The room key was not working properly. We need to change 3 times. The basin was clogged.

Clean, comfortable and location in front of hotel

Temporary construction in front of the building

Modern, clean, fantastic value; helpful staff; located right by Kintestu Yokkaichi station; tasty breakfast!

staff friendly capable to communicate in English. Hotel clean comfortable. Best option i do not understand why Booking.com has cathegorized this hotel with 2 stars... it deserve at least 3.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. I loved the library café; it has a nice view and is a great place to work.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing - no white rice and few vegetarian options.
